Nice facility. However the personal service is terrible. 1. My room choice was downgraded with no explanation or compensation; 2. On the trip in called the hotel twice and had to leave a message both times. No return call; 3. Messaged the hotel about parking. Given wrong directions to the parking; 4. Front desk could not direct me to the location of breakfast. The fitness center is nice though.

The hotel has recently been refurbished and renovated. Stylish rooms, great bar and breakfast facility. Right in the city center of Oshkosh.

Everything was great, no complaints whatsoever.

Very nice hotel. Has beautiful views. It was a little cold so couldn't enjoy the outdoor seating. Good amenities. Nice bar. Friendly staff. Parking lot is attached so very convenient. Breakfast was good. Coffee is available in the lobby but no creamer :(
