Days Inn by Wyndham Ottawa West

We got exactly what we expected, and it was all good.

This property was very dated. Did not have many amenities. Property was noisy, in need of repair and very busy. For the price of nightly rate, we expected a little more. The immigration and housing crisis played a huge role in affecting the quality of our stay. Front desk and housekeeping staff were helpful and polite.

The beds were very comfortable. However there are families “living” in this hotel, it made for a very noisy stay. The staff are very kind and friendly to deal with.

Service was good

This Hotel is atrocious, don't recommend you stay here! Rooms have neither A/C nor Cable TV. Appeared that many recent immigrant families are staying here long term, young children constantly screaming, crying, running the hallways! Requested someone to explain the Roku TV system to us as we wanted to watch local news and sports, however no one showed.

Bed was comfortable

Shampoo dispenser broke, kids playing soccer beside my room and kicking ball against wall of my room, kids running around all over hotel, TV was slow to work, ants coming out of my window

Passive at best .

Kids were allowed to run up and down the hall.but it was quiet in the evening
