The Palm Springs Hotel

Fantastic place to stay. Kevin actually called to check on us after our flight was delayed. We checked in around 2:30AM and got a great night sleep. The next evening we enjoyed a bottle of wine from the office. All the staff was so accommodating and friendly. This is definitely a place we would return to. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Only complaint was that the motion light in the bathroom could not be turned off. When you go in the middle of the night……..it’s lights camera action. Other than that it was perfect.

The restroom felt tight

Our room 114 had a musty odor off and on. The main sink in the bathroom did not have a faucet filter so the water splashed everywhere. It was repaired the next day but the hot water faucet had no pressure just drizzled out. The towels, bath mats and wash clothes were dingy looking and frayed especially the wash cloths and shower mats. The mini sink in the bathroom wouldn't accommodate a chihuahua. The Plasma TV was failing with a vertical line running down the screen and just continued to get worse by the 3rd night. One good thing, the bed was comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly, and did a great job adding their touch to make our room look special with what they had to work with. Thank you Sabrina. You were gracious helpful and very nice to talk to unlike Jeff at the desk who never looked up at his guest in hopes he wouldn't have to make eye contact or speak ,very poor customer service. He was not engaging and should work out of view. We enjoyed the pool. We thought it would be fun to go back in time, but not at the expense of being inconvenienced in many ways.
