Toller, ganz neuer Wellnessbereich. Die Terrassentür war defekt und wurde während des Aufenthaltes auch nicht repariert.

Uniek die nieuwe wellness en behandelingen. Heerlijk hier genoten, hotel prima kamers. Ontbijt gevarieerd en alles aanwezig.

Sehr schönes Zimmer! Service alles schön Essen im dazugehörigen Lokal war auch sehr lecker. Gleich nebenan Supermarkt und die Möglichkeit eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen. Bushaltestelle fast vor der Tür. Wer mit dem Auto da ist zum Bahnhof fahren von da superschnelle Anbindung nach Amsterdam, Leiden und DenHaag.

I booked this hotel because it said it has a spa including a sauna. This was a gift for my partner. The night was 150 euros excluding breakfast but because it was supposed to include the spa it seemed ok. When we arrived they told us that the sauna is not finished and that there’s only a pool. I had to pay 40 euros extra for breakfast which, to be honest is not very good. The tables were all dirty, nobody comes to clean then even if you ask for it. The food is not worth the price at all! I went to the reception to explain the fact that I booked the hotel only for the spa, and the woman at the reception said that I should read things better!! What type of comment is that??? I’ll never be back to this hotel... that is for sure! And I will never recommend it! They are Liers and they rip you off.

Today I visited the new health spa at this hotel and was very impressed. It’s really lovely. I specifically wanted to use the pool as there are few opportunities to swim for adults only in this area. The pool is well designed and fitted out to a high quality. It has a lovely view of this green area and is peaceful too. I’m really impressed. The staff are helpful and the facilities are impressive. There isn’t a hotel with a pool in the area.

Room could do with an update, it was pretty old-fashioned

Pleasant ambiance in the several restaurants and eco friendly food offerings.

Hotel is located just outside Leiden, on a convenient bus route to Leiden and The Hague. Short walk into a village with grocery store, cafes and shops. Great staff. Very comfortable!

We were in the building located just beside the main building. The room was large, clean and well appointed with a patio area to sit in as the sun set. Not much in area but excellent bus links to Leiden and The Hague.

Reception staff unprofessional inefficient impolite . It took 2 days and repeated requests to the reception only to get info over Jacuzzi and air conditioning (a technician was finally sent; no vallet service available at the entrance). Air conditioning functioning only at highest speed and noise (note that I booked a Luxe Kamer !). Room cleaning done only a few minutes before 14.00 (again only after repeated requests to the reception). No change of bed sheets in 3 days. A waste of money! Only one positive remark : restaurant staff Always friendly and nice .
