Timber Run

The shuttle service is great, staff is wonderful. the condo is rather dated and needs to be updated.

Nice place for a few nights skiing vacation with family. Smaller and older condo but had everything we needed.

Convenient free shuttles to the ski area. The furniture was very comfortable and the place was spotlessly clean. Might have been nice to have housekeeping come in midweek to take the trash and used towels out. Decor was a little dated but overall I would stay there again and would recommend to others.

the condo is old and dated inside and out. if we did not pay so much, I would not be writing a review. but you DO NOT get what you pay for. We had requested clean sheets because one of our kids ended up with the stomach bug, we had to call and request multiple times and then they just folded up the puked sheets and left on floor. after more calls, they finally gave new sheets. there are lots of places in Steamboat. keep looking

The Condo need works as the Cabinets are worn down and terrible shape. Rooms are really small. It is ok but need better maintenance and updates for this unit. Management should check out the facilities as whether improvements needed to be updated.

The overall condition of the condo was disappointing - the couch had a tear in the arm, carpet was dirty, the plastic cover of the electrical outlet in main bathroom was broken, outdoor mats in the bathrooms. Service was excellent.

Park your car and leave it. The shuttle service provided by the condo was awesome. Took us everywhere we wanted to go. Great amenities and staff!!

Timber Run is an ok condo complex for the price. Condos are dated. Looks like 70's. But other than that it was well maintained and had nice beds. The shuttle to the mountain was a nice amenity. Pool and hot tubs were also nice.

The condo experience would have been fine except for the groups of college kids staying at discounted rates in the condo's. Lots of noise problems, police called, ect. Were are a family with young kids so we were really disappointed that we could not use the pool or hottubs in the evening due to the drinking, smoking, and profanity. Staff really needed to get it under control after several complaints.

The Timber Run condo complex is a very nice and reasonable priced vacation rental. it is also conveniently located in proximity to the ski resort and downtown. The management and customer service specialists were also very welcoming and helpful.
