Timber Run

Very good. I would go back. A few things in condo needed attention but sometimes people don't tell condos it needs fixed,so we did. It was clean and we had fun in the hot tub and playing ping pong. Good shuttle service and we were at the lifts in 10 minutes.

The staff were very pleasant and dealt with our unusual requests in a very accomodating fashion. I do, however, recommend future guests closely review all fees and cancellation policies before booking.

Hot water heater did not work properly

The property is very well maintained. I can't say enough about the staff. At every turn they were friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Great staff...room we had was still in the 80's. Great size 3 bedroom condo, but in dire need of updating.

Great place to take a family. It had all the comforts of home and more. My only small complaint is that our condo could use some updating. It was very clean and large so that made up for not having updated

Hotel staff was very accommodating. Room was spacious, clean, but a little dated, however still very comfortable.

The staff was extra helpful. Our kids had a great time in the pool. The beds were soft.
