For the money spent per night,it needs to be upgraded.I order room service and had no place to sit and eat other than the bed

Staff was amazing! The food was ok the drinks were pretty good. There were a lot of stray cats walking around that I didn’t like. Rooms are nice but the pictures are misleading, I thought I was getting a room with a tub but I didn’t. I also paid for ocean view but it was more of a pool view. The resort credit was split into coupons so I didn’t get to use any of that. Overall had a good stay. Jason, Barbara, Andell, and Javon were awesome.

Very quiet, staff is not as friendly as you would expect at a resort. Food is okay

Rude staff, room wasn’t ready for checkin at 3:00pm, electronic door wouldn’t open (had to wait 20 minutes in the heat). Bugs and lizard in my suit and hotel staff held me hostage at check out and threatened violence against me if I didn’t pay an additional $199 before leaving. Also, the food was terrible; it was like eating cardboard.

Hugely disappointing as this was the first major trip for sometime andI decided to splash out. Whilst many of the staff were really helpful others were not. Operationally more needs to be done. Many of the facilities and common areas were tired and need up grading (it was certainly not a state of the art gym as advertised). The food was also hit and miss.
