This resort is great if you want to really RELAX! The staff are amazing and super welcoming.

Great place to stay

The property was clean and well maintained.

The staff and others were extremely hospitable. Rotating menus were great and food was prepared well. It was beautiful weather. Little more windy than we would have liked, but it was overall fantastic. The room and service to the room were great. I would stay again or recommend to others.

The resort is excellent, staff caters to your every need. Food was great, different themes. Highly recommend, will return to vacation again

Pros Clean Great room attention Food was amazing!!! Quite and peaceful Beautiful Views Staff ( 2 people really stood out to us Patricia and Al Wayne absolutely wonderful) We did get our room upgraded or we would have had a miserable stay Cons No included activities (snorkeling and kayaking cancelled) Other activities available with a cost Staff ( no pool coverage) other than Patricia she was covering the entire property. We had a butler by name only ( other than the first day) No nightlife whatsoever other than pool table Cats on property and at restaurants during dinner Traffic and airport noisy

First of all the resort design is beautiful. But there arre a number of items that werent not spectacular for my stay. Ill attribute it to the short duration but at the expense per night Inwas not as impressed as I woukd have liked to be. The facility was a bit understaffed or the staff had multiple responsibilities that were oulling their attention elsewhere. None of the amenities I came to enjoy were available to me because they were either closed early or never opened during my stay. I was pressured to soend my time enjoying others parts of the hotel collection rather than the resort itself. And there were no guests really enjoying themselves to interact with. Again I'll attribute this tobmy furation but it was the most expensive stay I had ever experienced and ive had better experiences i do plan to return and try something else if possible as the other hotels in their group are equally as beautiful more well staffed and genuinely enjoyable experiences.

Hotel was exceptional, we had a butler who attended to our needs. Pool and beach on site. Food and drinks were good.

The food could have been a bit better but it was okay. It was Christmas time but would've been nice to have more activities on site.

We did not get an ocean view room although that is what we booked. Not checked in on time or in a timely manner. Flea infested cats all over property. Gym was disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable. Not worth the money at all. Drinks and food were gross. No beach service.
