Zoetry Montego Bay - All Inclusive

The dinning was limited and super slow. There were no cold beers and many liquor restrictions. The menu is super limited. The beach is not clean, it has a lot of seaweed, slimy floor and rocks. The main restaurant is super hot at night and should have enclosed air conditioning. Staff was super slow and at times rude, they took forever to serve drinks. (Only exception of Hilary and Marc-Anthony. The rooms were great with comfortable and clean bed and towels. We were given butlers but didn’t find the use.

The service was impeccable, they were warm and welcoming

They do need a first aid center with Aloe. However they brought my daughter real Aloe so they are angels that should be provided the Aloe plant

Perfect place for a couples weekend

The Resort is beautifully designed with tropical exotic gardens and great spaces. The room was amazing with the most comfortable bed ever and a view from paradise. Hotel staff are wonderful, happy and helpful.

Close to the airport runway which means its noisy from planes, but you do get used to it. Some facilities weren't available.

I booked an ocean view and was given a room with no view. I had to request management several times before getting a response. In the end I was charged for a room I did not get and had to jump threw hoops to get the matter addressed. Only to be offered points which I declined because I will never patronize the Hyatt again. I feel terrible that the other pleasant staff and beautiful location will suffer due to poor leadership
