Sunset Bay Resort & Suites

Nothing! It was very dated and dirty.

It smelled musty, the box springs were stained, there was a potential bug in the bed, a sconce light was hanging off the wall, and the pillows were half the size of a standard pillow. Everything about it was dated and it was not up to our standards.

No ice machine

My favorite thing here is the ability to be in the dells but not feel like a massive franchise cog. This is a nice, open airy space for family to enjoy and close enough to the dells downtown to be worth the stay.

Rooms are dated and mattresses are in need of upgrades

The staff was super friendly and we liked that they allow dogs at the hotel because we always travel with our fur children.

Wish the room was larger and some updating would go a long way.

Love the location and this is very peaceful pet friendly place

AC unit could have been better it was too much direct air on the bed
