Location & space

Hot tub was dirty. Walking areas were not cleared from snow storm.

Went out to breakfast.

Bathroom sink too small .difficult to put anything on top of sink. Other than that the resort offered a lot of nice things. Very pleasurable to stay there. Definitely plan to return. Had a great time.

The location was nice the the beach front was awesome.

The room was very old. The AC would click on and off every 10 minutes and made this really weird sound every time it clicked off. There were nails on the outdoor deck which almost cut our feet open. The railing for the deck needs to be sanded and re painted.

I didn’t know they had breakfast.

It was outdated. Cleanliness was lacking, and while everyone was friendly it just felt a little creepy in my building. Dim lighting, dark old dirty carpet.

Room was clean.

Pool was filthy and the lounge chairs were the worst I've ever been on.

Location on the lake was great. Having several pools was a nice perk as well.

Booking the reservation during the holiday weekend wasn’t ideal because it became crowded and harder to relax. But that’s also on me.

We had a great time away from the city of Chicago. The resort more than met our expectations- Sauna was not expected and was a great suprise - will have to visit in summer when the outdoor pool is open as well and will have to get a lake side view.

Our floor in our room was a bit creeky but nothing we couldn't deal with
