Floor not swept the greatest. The room had not been deep cleaned in a while. Dust and dirt in corners and behind furniture. Fridge barely working and iced up. Would barely freeze 2 cold packs out of 6 I put in the freezer compartment. Low water pressure in shower and shower head not working correctly. Clogged up with lime scale.

CABeds appeared clean and fresh.
Towels stained, no bottled water at front desk or in vending machine, air conditioner/heater made noises as it cycled, floor had embedded dirt in the cracks of "wood" had to wear shoes as soon as out of bed. hot water ran out before finished first shower of our two person occupancy. no spare toilet paper, no cups for water or coffee, only one pkg of coffee for the very dirty single use coffee maker, room phone very dirty. Chose to skip the free breakfast due to all the issues.
Clean and friendly staff
Hats off to both the cleaning and check-in staff. My criticism is that there was quite a bit of mold growing behind the caulk at the perimeter of the bathtub, something that cannot be cleaned, but must be removed and replaced. Also, though very minor, the entry door did not seal well at the base and the TV remote was broken. Since I really don't watch TV, it was not a big deal.
USI booked a king room three months in advance, but at check-in, the only room available was a queen? The floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a long time. Used bar of soap in the shower, leftover food in the fridge. Many items out of stock in the breakfast room.
Room was not clean. Disgusting items left under mattress…so obviously never checked
