USThe hotel depicted on the website did NOT look like the room that I stayed in. There was no place to hang clothes, the drapes were not hung properly, the toilet would not flush properly. The room was dark and dingy, not brightly lit and modern like the pictures on the website .
Not a good experience. Staff was friendly when they welcomed us. We had an issue with the door and she immediately helped us. One of the rooms didn't have toilet paper, the comforters had stains and next day there was not breakfast for us even though we arrived 15min before it ends. My family found a cockroaches in the bathroom.

We had a handicapped accessible room. The hand towels were cleaning rags. There were holes/ cracks in the ceiling. The drain cover in the shower popped out while I was showering
The front desk attendant was really nice and efficient. The room however smelled of cigarette smoke, stain(number2) in toilet, toilet didn’t flush, shower leaked all night and thers black mold in the bathroom. This was absolutely the worst stay, I should have chosen better and looked at the reviews and not just the pictures on line. Great location with a nice selection of restaurants but this is definitely on my “never again” list

My room had been paid for through Expedia. But they charged my card $588.82. Now I'm stuck trying to get it back. Also, the shower in our room was only a trickle of water coming from it.
We booked this hotel for a quick overnight stay before an early flight out of Cleveland. We checked in late and left early, so we weren’t looking for luxury—just a place to sleep. This particular Quality Inn wasn’t the nicest one I’ve stayed at, but it also wasn’t the worst. The room was mostly clean and did the job for a short layover. I wouldn’t book it for a multi-day vacation, but for a quick airport stop, it was fine. If you just need a place to crash before catching a flight, this place works. Just keep your expectations in check.
