USThe check-in was nice. Our room was terrible. There was a strong odor. Dead bugs in the bathroom. The curtains wouldn’t closed We have to leave to buy disinfectant spray & wipes. And use air purifier. But it didn’t help.the staff is nice. However, I cannot recommend the Inn.

Rooms are not as pictured. Run down and not taken care of, was not clean at all. Would have left if there were other options but everything was booked everywhere.
USI get supply and demand but this was not a $500 hotel. This was a $100/night motel at best. Broken sink. Broken toilet seat. Dust and hair everywhere. Not clean but we needed a place to stay for the night. Disappointed I booked thru Expedia and couldn’t use Choice points
Staff was pleasant. Cleanliness was mediocre at best, and the AC was broken. After a late nite check in, nothing could be done.
Front desk was lovely. Our room that was assigned had the lock on the inside of the door stuck. Instead of switching us rooms right away we stood with our bags - hot and with kids - while they tried to unlock it for 20 minutes. I went and asked for a new room which was available pretty conveniently next door. The floors were filthy. I have never experienced black feet from a few minutes without shoes. We could not walk without filthy feet. The room was very humid and felt damp.
I just didn’t think it was clean. We didn’t shower because the bathtub was dirty
