I will never go back to that hotel.

Everything was great

Arnoldo with great at the gym keeping it clean and safe the food was ok but I ate. The pool is nice wish it was bigger but I doesn’t get too crowded since the beach is right there

The property was at a good location, but the AC didnt blow out cold air, the shower hot water was luke warm, the beds were very hard, and the only one key for a room with 3 people.. I had to book another hotel with better amenity and stay there instead of here

If you have a rental car be aware there is street parking only. There is no offsite option for a fee as mentioned on the Expedia website. This is not a beachfront property and you will have to cross the street into a public beach if you want to. The elevators are miserably slow and you will need roughly 10 minutes to go back to your room. The food is ok at best. The pool is very small for the number of guests in the hotel. The entire building itself is very run down and not up to par with other Decameron locations.

I feel the need to review this place, not because of the place but for its people. I can not highlight enough the incredible customer service my family and I had experienced in this place, if it wasn’t because of them, this review will be completely different. So as I said, I would like to bring to your attention four names that I do believe need a recognition for the fantastic job they are doing, for the love and passion shown towards the guest, for going an additional mile just to help the guess in any case, for constantly making sure all our needs were full filled, for that and many other things my family and I wish you all the best. 01. La habitación y la vista.

Las bebidas son de la peor calidad; la capacidad del restaurante es pésima para la acomodación del hotel. Pedí el favor por todos los medios de que me enviaran la factura electrónica a nombre de mi empresa y no fue posible.
