We enjoyed the setting, location, and comfort of the condo. The Coral Tree (property managers) staff were great, responded immediately to a minor issue we had, and the overall experience was great. We are seniors who enjoy hiking and exploring areas like Snowmass and Aspen. Despite it being the “Shoulder Season” we delighted in the delightful setting, the quiet, and the access to hiking and all the amenities we needed.

The location is ideal, the shuttle service is exceptional, and the staff are friendly.

They should provide their cleaners with a compartmentalized cart like other hotels. Currently, the cleaning staff carries a large sack on their back containing both dirty and clean linens and towels. Although the dirty ones are in a plastic bag, it's still unsanitary.

Location is awesome, ski-in/ski-out for Village Express chairlift. Fireplace, fully stocked kitchen, loved it. Bbq at the balcony as a pleasant surprise, loads of firewood available. Free shuttle to/from airport and around snowmass village (to get groceries without a car).

Lichenhearth doesn’t have its own reception - it’s using stonebridge inn reception (wish I knew that before arriving and looking for it/calling). Both maintenance requests I had were forgotten/ignored (no firestarter for fireplace, non-working lighter for fireplace) - had to sort myself. Swimming pool closed indefinitely.

Great stay and property. Needs more fans and cotton bedding for summer.
