No housekeeping at all. Old furniture. Can feel frame of sofa bed. Nails coming out of floors. Humidifier broken. Couldn’t control heating/cooling well. No ski rack outside to store skis

We had reserved one queen bed but did not get queen bed. The bed was much smaller. Room number was L111

Loved this property. Would stay here again. Laundry facilities on property, covered parking, VERY CLEAN, the kitchen is fully stocked w/any kind of pan or dish needed. Cozy!

really love the property however one need to make sure they get a unit that is NOT on the side of the road s those unit are very noisy

This property is perfectly located and a true ski in ski out property. Located right next to the plaza and restaurants and a short gondola ride to Snowmass mall.

While the hotel suite was very nice, there was some inconvenience since you have to go to nearby hotel to get the keys. It was not clear at all while booking -- they should have make it clear or send a message. I was unable to find the place to get the key and have to call the number provided and then figure out where I am supposed to go to get the key. This becomes a hassle when you are already tired and want to get access to the hotel room as quick as possible.

Kitchen facilities were great Bedding was horrible, the sofa bed was almost one where you hurt your back. The height of the bed was another hazard for any family travelling with children. We also had plumbing issues, while they got resolved and staff were good, it shows lack of attention to hygiene There are fitness facilities either, solely reserved for people of Stonebridge Inn even though the facility was advertised as such

Condo was very roomy and kitchen was well equipped. I didn't care to be on the 3rd floor

Excellent location i.e. walk to the hill is less than 100 yards & it is ski out

Heater was very noisy. Bathtub not usable as a 'bath' as it would not hold water - broken. The image shown is lovely, but the actual room was dark, furniture dark, lamps/lampshades so old they look like they came from a second-hand store. You need to brighten up the living room. (Your picture looked wonderful. Try to emulate that elegant style.) There was a side table next to the sofa and several standing decorations were placed on the table which made it impossible to use. (If you MUST have it, maybe only 1 would have be sufficient?)\ The heat is very dry and both my husband and I had issues in the morning with our nasal passages. During the night my nose started bleeding due to the dry heat. I liked the fact that they gave us a standing fan in the closet. I needed some air moving in the room while sleeping.
