Gorgeous condo unit in a gorgeous setting. Spacious, clean, well-decorated units.

Very convenient for lower village shops and restaurants, free bus to Aspen etc.

It was good overall, but the TV did not seem to work with any of the remotes and the layout of the lighting was confusing (ex: some lights in the living room were controlled by a switch in the living room whereas others were controlled by a switch on a distant wall in the bedroom; some light switches had no apparent effect at all, etc).

The king bed reservation turned into a double bed. The condo was clean but very old and really needed to be updated.

Good Snowmass Village location. It would be helpful to have information about local transportation in the unit. Unit could use updating but it was clean. Good value for the money.

We found the service strange. We had daily minor complaints that were promptly addressed, but could so easily have been avoided in the first place. They provided toilet paper like it was gold, the maid service at one point put soiled sheets back on the bed, etc. They could definitely use a look at their housekeeping service. We had an ongoing inconvenience surrounding our parking arrangement which could have been better handled. At the end, they promised management would contact me about some redress. This has never happened. Older facility, generally well maintained, nice pool, good location, near miss.

We stayed for six nights in July, 2017. Excellent location - right near the bottom station of Snowmass village gondola lane. There is a designated covered parking spot. Our unit was on the third floor and the elevator was on a far end of the corridor for us, so we mostly used stairs. In a first day somebody rode with a dirty bike in the elevator, and the dirt on a floor was still there after few days. During our 6 days stay the room was cleaned may be once, they brought new towels, but left old ones in the unit as well. The room and kitchen is very well equipped, all what we needed for cooking was there. A lot of dishware, two TVs - in the bedroom and living room, gorgeous fireplace, 1.5 bathrooms and the Jacuzzi right in the unit, small balcony stacked with firewood. The swimming pool and hot tub outside are right near the stairs. The unit could get hot during a day as there are no AC. Cool decoration, cozy place, overall very pleasant experience.

Great condo in Snowmass. Easy in and out. Nice equipped kitchen.

The condo was clean, all what you need is included. Very nice kitchen and utensils. The condo is well located near Snowmass village (walking distance) and a grocery store (walking distance as well). Laundry room on premises. We asked for a quiet condo and got one located in front of a busy street so we didn't sleep well. We asked to move to a quieter one but all was booked. We wish our request would have been fulfilled initially :( Also the sofa bed is horrible, very hold and you can feel the springs so badly :(

Great for families. Better than staying in Aspen.
