Lichenhearth - CoralTree Residence Collection

This unit is really horrible. First off, it is just beat. Old dirty carpet that is frayed and all bubble and not properly stretched. The was no fire/CO2 detector on the wall (the bracket was there, but no device) which is dangerous and against the law in Colorado. It is the vey end unit against the main loop road in Snowmass, very busy and busses run all day and night. Very loud. In the bedroom, the bed is old, and there is no window covering on the top part of the window so if you want to be up with the sun on your vacation, that works, but if you want to sleep past sunrise, no chance. Its obvious, whoever owns this unit is just about pulling money out and putting nothing back in.

Snowmass is a beautiful, friendly place to stay. We enjoyed our experience. Only issue was we reserved a King bed room at Lichenhearth but received a room with two Double beds.

The covered parking was convenient. The front desk was very helpful and responsive.

60th birthday celebration (first time west of Chicago!) and landscape painting each day. Our unit was as clean, spacious (especially compared to our tiny NYC apartment!), comfortable and relaxing as its magnificent surroundings. Very quiet and private, including the great covered balcony with barbecue grill. And the pool, hot tub/whirlpool and sauna were icing on the cake! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

We try to visit the Aspen/Snowmass area once or twice a year during the late spring, summer, or early fall. This was our first time staying at the Lichenhearth. It is a small complex that sits below Snowmass Mall. Each unit is individually owned but managed by a resort management company. We reserved a Premeire/Gold Studio. The unit had been nicely updated with new appliances, granite counter tops, carpet, nice furniture, and nicely decorated. There is almost a full wall of windows on the balcony side making it a very light, bright, and pleasant unit. We faced north with views of the Rim Trail. We also had an assigned, covered parking space which is nice because parking in Snowmass can be a challenge. Because the unit is facing toward the road, there is some traffic noise but it's not too bad. There is a nice outdoor pool and easy access to laundry in the same building. There are different "grades" of units based on the updates that have been done. Again, this one was a Gold but they also have Silver/Deluxe which supposedly are not quite as updated. We would definitely stay here again.

Overall a positive experience. The units are individually owned, so furniture and decor will vary. Positives include big living space and kitchen with a great fireplace. Negatives were bed comfort and kitchen stove (2 burners didnt function). The hot tub was great. And, as far as access to the mountain goes, it doesnt get much better.

Apartments are located just a few steps from the Treehouse and ski school. Room had great distribution, but could use an upgrade. Stayed in room 25 and visited 28 where friends were staying and there's a big difference. Besides that, would recommend this location and probably try to stay at the same building if we come back.

Check in is too late (4:00PM), and check out is 10:00AM. So it takes 6h to clean up the room? Room is comfortable, but the heat is old and we don't know how to adjust it. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood. Price is reasonable. Good Wifi (important). Recommended. Will stay again if coming to this area.

This condo was AMAZING. Very clean. The fireplace in room after the hot tub just outside our room....relaxing and romantic. The reservation staff were very friendly and helpful. I highly reommend

Awesome! Wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful. Would definitely come back.
