"Perfect location and staff"

This is a beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Right in the centre but bedrooms were quiet. Staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Simon on reception. We had a lovely stay here and I would highly recommend it.

Nice Hotel, clean and good stuffed rooms. The People working are very fiendly and supportive. The Hotel is located in the city center and close a lot of spots for eating or taking a drink.

"Beautiful Hotel"

The nice hotel is located in the center of the old town. There are a lot of restaurants and shops around. The room was beautifully appointed with a great view of the Graslin square. Very friendly staff.

The location of the property was convenient to everything. The people at the front desk were very nice. Our room was spacious and very clean. I would stay there again if I'm ever in that area.

We liked the hotel very much and the young man who checked us in very late, was extremely helpful. BUT we had a terrible time finding it. Explicit directions on how to reach the hotel would be a great help.
