"Cold shower"

Nothing.

Housekeeping didn't clean my room. Also there was no hot water. I went to the front desk to tell them about it and they didn't do anything. It was ridiculous having to take a cold shower twice. I will never stay here again.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The room itself could have definitely been cleaner, there was trash left from the previous occupants. At one point, before my shower, I found a roach.

The room is spacious, everything is very clean, the staff are very nice. We had to ask for a few toiletries and coffee cups, but the staff were very accomodating. The tv was big and great and it was very quiet.
