Super 8 by Wyndham Morton Grove/Chicago

I checked in online so I figured I did not have to check in the front desk. I get there past checkout time they won’t let me get my room and I’m out of my money. There is nothing stating I had to check in both online and in person. I prepaid for the room!

I cannot tell you anything about the property that I liked because they canceled our reservation by email after we were already in Morton Grove. We drove six hours and plan to stay two nights only to find an email that they had canceled our reservation because they had overbooked. Very, very unhappy about this whole situation.

Clean friendly staff when I arrived didn't stay long had an emergency had to check out after 4 hours

I paid cashed and they still have a hold on my credit card for damages and the person I gave my key card too did not give me an answer when I asked about the hold on credit card and you site did not say I had to put a damage fee

Just the location

The smell. From you enter the building you smell smoke from smoking. Also, lack of TV. Was not able to watch the TV as it did not work the entire time

The room was spacious and clean!
