Hilton Garden Inn Westbury

Two lights didn’t function. The first floor ice machine wasnt working for two days. The tv service went out for a couple of hours on Thursday night. Tv service cuts out for a few seconds on a regular basis.

Cleanliness. Quiet. Great staff.

This is my second stay at this property. I was welcomed with a friendly smile and found my room easily. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room tend to get clogged. In the shower, toilet, and sink. Other than that the stay was pleasant. My wish is that they would upgrade the tvs to have streaming services.

All good! First floor has a bit smell of cigarettes

This is the worst Hilton I've ever seen. From the moment I arrived, I knew it wasn't going to be a good experience. I honestly didn't check the reviews beforehand, and I regret that decision. This place is disgusting, both outside and inside. The carpets are stained and dirty, and the furniture is old and worn out. We ended up canceling our stay and went next door to the Marriott instead.

Although the lobby is lovely is updated and modern. The room was very warn, very dusty, the thermostat was extremely dusty. The furniture was stained and very arm. There was a strange smell in the room so I purchased a candle to help. The check in staff was amazing.
