Comfortable bed, quiet room, pool & spa, lovely staff, balcony, nice bathroom

Lift to carpark not working,had to use stairs, parking spaces out the front being used by trades vehicles so difficult to collect our bags at end of stay. Dishwasher in our room didn’t work & in fact shorted out all the power. Bathroom sliding door very stiff & heavy. A pity as we’ve stayed here before & had no issues at all. Generally a great hotel.

Good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Rooms get very very cold late at night. No spare blankets in the room. Cot that we had in our room had the springs coming through the mattress digging in.

Great location, great breakfast, easy check in. Staff could be a bit more friendly. It's nice when people greet you with a smile and make some type of conversation with you. Rooms are spacious and have everything. Great price for what you get.

Some of the fittings could be updated.
