Very disappointed with our stay. I booked accommodation for 4 guests, however only 2 towels were provided. There was also no hot water in the shower, which made it impossible to shower comfortably. The TV in the bedroom did not work at all, and the cleanliness of the room was below standard. It was obvious that the area under the bed had not been cleaned properly, as we found a pair of shorts and socks left behind from previous guests. Overall, the lack of basic amenities, maintenance issues, and poor housekeeping made for a disappointing experience. I would not stay here again

Great location, particularly if you are attending a game at Adelaide oval, but don't let the secret out....lol!!!

Bathroom ok, shower recess needs updating. More sponges in kitchen to clean up our own mess would be helpful. Parking car access a bit tricky. You wouldn't want to be driving a big ute

Cleanliness was an issue along with the location of our room on the first night but the staff were great and moved us to a room with a good view.

This was our second time staying here because the location is just so good. It’s super easy to check in with the friendly staff and the rooms are laid out to feel spacious and comfortable. It’s our go-to spot in Adelaide

Very outdated. In room - Bathroom facilities very poor in terms of fixtures, taps, leaks and very weak water pressure. No basic ammenities, room wasn’t serviced during my stay, the heating and cooling varied throughout the apartment. Hotel Gym - that is not a gym.

Was the perfect location next to the conference centre for access, the room was big and it was comfortable and easy getting in and out (plus the property was secure after hours). We loved the little malaysian store up the road also for the quick food takeaways

the only thing is the window pane between the bedroom and the lounge, i get up early to run and with the light on in the lounge it blazes its way into the bedroom and my wife kept complaining about the light.

Location was great.

Some staff members, paid $40 night for parking, Lifts out of order. No electric kettle in the room. Dryer wasnt working, heated pools not working and many more
