"Very dissatisfied and will never go back."

Tired and outdated appearance especially the bathroom. Lots of dirty marks on carpet and walls. Mould in bathroom. People's garbage bags sat for days in the hallways. Windows were filthy.

The size of the apartment and location were good. In room facilities were comfortable and the staff were attentive

Only 2 of 3 lifts were working and they were in poor condition. The quality of the communal spa wasn't great. The construction happening at all hours outside of our room was incredibly noisy. We couldn't hear the television over it let alone sleep. And it started very early on a Saturday morning. No way to noise proof the apartment. Even loop ear buds couldn't allow us to sleep over the noise. We weren't told of any intrusive construction noises ahead of time and I was travelling with my neuro divergent child that has sensory issues...the biggest one being noises. If I had known I wouldn't have stayed here. I spent a lot of time regulating my child and trying to help him.l sleep due to the construction noise.
