The hotel is not worth the price. Under construction in the entrance and the bathroom really old, evrything was old, the bathroom was patched up and with scuff marks. hairs and more

I use a wheelchair full-time, and an ADA room with a roll-in shower is essential for my stay. My daughter made the hotel reservation and twice called the hotel to confirm that I would receive an ADA room with a ROLL IN SHOWER. Instead I was given the room in the picture. Baffling and totally useless. The reservation girl was behin the counter when we checked in. She offered a discount or finding us a room in aother hotel, but that doesn’t fix the problem. While the room may have filled the legal of an ADA room, it’s non-functional and that should be explained before reservations are made. Both the front desk workers and the manager need to receive education, when a customer asks for a roll-in shower room, its because its NECESSARY, not a luxury item. Please, support those with mobility needs and DO NOT rent a room here until the problem is satisfied…and let the management know why. Thank you

The hotel is under renovation, and we were not notified in advance. There was no breakfast as advertised, but they tried to make up for it with bags of breakfast which was a good effort. The pool was closed and there were no common areas available. The fact that rooms were full price/not cheap while they were trying to work around this is disappointing.

This is a complete bait and switch type of scam. I will never book or stay here again. We made our reservations 4 weeks in advance because we knew my high school son was going to be playing basketball at a local tournament. We arrive at the day of our reservation at 7pm just to be told the whole damn hotel has been under renovations for over a year and EVERYTHING IS CLOSED (pool, breakfast area, most of the lobby). To add insult to injury, the key system “fried”, so each time you come in the hotel you wait your turn at the lobby (15 mins) for the front desk staff to walk you and open you room for you. WTF I asked why I want told earlier by email or anything, they said it was posted on their site/app which is another scam. I have the Marriott app and it’s what I used to book. Nothing about a remodel there. I asked what my options are and was told that they can transfer me to a local motel (very cheap) at the same rate. I looked up these motels on my phone and they were 1/2 what I paid for my room. It’s a scam operation in progress. There was no manager at the hotel. I got their phone numbers and called two managers and nobody cares to respond. Of course they’re going to respond to this review by apologizing and saying sorry I was disappointed. F odd. You know exactly what you’re doing and it’s not a legit business. I am calling Marriott HQ I watch 10 other people check in with the same frustration. The front desk girls have a script that they repeat to all customers and they can’t give a shiiit

It was under construction, so breakfast was not the usual no hot tub or swimming no place to gather with friends and play cards. Wish I had known ahead of time.
