"I would stay again if we didn’t need 3 beds."

Two bedrooms. Handicap accessible bathroom (although the door had damage on the inside). Nice breakfast.

The sofa bed was unusable due to being non level (head lower than feet) and when I switched, so my head was at the foot of the bed, bars across it width-wise made finding a comfortable position impossible.

"Horrible. No way would I stay here again!"

Nothing.

The door to the room wouldn’t latch shut or lock. The hotel put us in a different room and told us there was no air conditioning. I called the hotel manager on 9-23-25 and she stated that the new room had fans, which there was not, and the portable air conditioning was running, which it wasn’t.

Staff, rooms and facilities were outstanding. Great location in the old downtown section of La Crosse. Best hotel stay on my cross-country road trip by far. Would absolutely return here.

Breakfast was fine. In line with other hotels but could've been a bit more extensive in hot food selection.
