"Very Good"

The staff was amazing. The only reason I have a 7 was due to the lack of cleaness on the pull out bed. It was full of crumbs, stains, and just gross. Also, what looked like to be a blood stain on the sheets and big red stain on the shower curtain. BUT the staff was super accommodating, it was quiet, pool was great, and my family had a blast overall.

The room could have been a lot cleaner.

This place is still decent to stay at but staff isn’t as friendly as in the past, room cleanliness isnt as good and its just not as good. Decent breakfast and nice pool facilities.

Breakfast food offerings varied and decent. Waffle maker needed non-stick spray. Front desk staff welcoming and cheerful.

Room lighting. Switches hard to find on lamps. Overhead lighting seemed dim. Hairdryer was missing. Bathtub to showerhead spray was stuck. Breakfast room way too crowded.
