SpringHill Suites by Marriott Cleveland Solon

It was soooooo cold in our room. The ac would not turn off! Even under the blankets it was freezing. My mother was in another room and said the same thing

It was better than I expected.

Wasn't out pong enough.

Very soft bed. Nice hard sofa.

We stayed here before and loved the extra effort the staff made.

How pleasant every worker i came into counter with.

The sheets to the bed weren’t clean n the smell of the room when i first walked in smelt musty

The connecting rooms and suites were nice

There was a big party of 10+ little girls screaming and yelling the entire time we were down in the pool area. They were extremely rude and loud but given it was a birthday party we just decided to not swim and go back up to the room.

Everyone was super friendly from the person who checked me in to the housekeeping staff. I also had the pool area to myself, and I loved that. :)

The pool had some weird scummy stuff floating on it, so I had to grab a skimmer and clean it up myself before going in. Also, the hot tub had a bit of a funky smell, and the water was really sudsy when the jets came on. A central towel station, or more/ larger towels, would have been nice, too.
