The condo was lovely. It had everything we needed. The grounds of the resort are a garden paradise. Plumeria, hybiscus in every color, gingers, and spider lilies everywhere. Bananas and Breadfruit trees, surrounded by beautiful lawns. The Moir and Orchid gardens are gorgeous.
Very rude unfriendly office staff!!! I have never been treated like this by any resort we have been to. Most of our experiences have been more than friendly in Kauai. There wasn't a thankyou may I help you or answers to my questions from office staff. I think they need to find staff with a little personality
They don't care about people staying here. They say they will call you back when you have a problem but they just lie. I had to call them back 4 times after waiting 40 minutes for a call back about a broken shower knob and they said the manager would have called my cell phone by now, no calls at all. When they finally transferred me to the manager he had no idea there was any issue and said they don't have anyone working to fix anything and said he would call me back but again never called. I would never recommend staying here. They are not helpful and don’t answer the phone.
We had an amazing stay at this apartment complex! The property is stunning, with lush green landscaping, tall palm trees, and vibrant tropical plants that create a truly serene atmosphere. Its beachfront location is unbeatable, offering direct access to a lovely sandy beach. The snorkeling was a pleasant surprise—not a coral reef, but we still spotted a variety of fish and even a sea turtle! Surfing is also an option here, with board rentals conveniently available on-site. While the boards aren’t top-notch, it’s still a fun way to try surfing. The apartment itself isn’t luxurious, but it’s of decent quality and perfectly comfortable for a relaxing getaway. We appreciated the thoughtful amenities, like free beach chairs and umbrellas, which made lounging by the water so convenient. For dining, there’s a restaurant nearby, but having a car is a must to fully explore and enjoy everything Kiahuna has to offer. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’d happily return for another stay!
It’s really a garden hotel, lot’s of greenery everywhere. Many dining options nearby. Good location. We loved the ability to exchange beach towels for fresh ones when we needed. Hotel’s and nearby Poipu beach are good for snorkeling and surfing. On the other hand, the hotel is not perfectly quiet. Most of rooms don’t have an AC and you have to leave shutters open for ventilation. And you will hear everything happening around your building, day and night, especially roosters

Condo wss lacking in basic condiments, salt and pepper, plastic wrap, ect. Tv entertainment wouldn't work.
What a fun find. Most of the rooms only have screened windows with no glass but the rooms are quite comfortable. It felt like a classic Hawaiian experience. The oven access was amazing. We saw a sea turtle while snorkeling in front of the property.
The Plantation property was beautiful. The residence we stayed in had no air conditioner. It was hot during the day. The bathroom was very small and old. We will not start there again.
