Super 8 by Wyndham Fairfield

The staff was the best we have encountered in recent years. Very friendly and helpful. The room had some needed repairs but nothing that affected our stay, more cosmetic. Would stay again based off of the staff alone.

The staff is friendly and efficient. My room was comfortable and very clean. The night was very quiet. Breakfast was delicious. I recommend Super 8 to anyone.

The room was nothing special., but were clean. Easy to get to. The breakfast was not anything special. The biscuits, biscuit and gravy, were dry and hard.

Employees did not know how to enter my Wyndham membership number on the transaction. Check in process took way too long.

We seen a cockroach and the employee did nothing about it.

Clean. Easy to book. Good amenities.

Check-in time was scheduled for 2:00 pm but we arrived earlier than expected. The hotel clerk, Ms. Tejal, checked for us and our room was ready, so we were able to check-in earlier. First impression of the outside property was ok. Inside reception area was clean and well maintained. Didn't get to participate in the free breakfast the next morning but the area was clean and well organized. The clerk, Ms. Tejal, was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed talking with her. Our room was clean. We experienced several small issues with our room. Notified the clerk about these things when we checked out and she said she would pass that on to the maintenance department. This is an older building that needs to be given a new fresh update. Would probably stay at this property on a return visit to Fairfield. Please note that we didn't check out the indoor pool or the walking trail next to the hotel, both good extras.
