Minor maintenance issues. Parking lot is in need of major repairs.

It was a “no smoking” hotel, but had the stench of cigarettes. The pool was FREEZING. Beds were hard also one of the beds did not have sheets.

The owners were very nice. The room was clean. Breakfast could have had a little more selection but was good.

Air conditioner did not work and when we mentioned it nothing was done. So we bought a fan. ONLY THEN did they offer to move us to a different room.

Staff is friendly, clean rooms.

Quiet and convenient

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool looked to be in good shape but we didn't use it due to time constraints. The parking lot needs some TLC to repair the very worn concrete. Our room (203) had a damp smell and feel to it but otherwise it was good. It seems like many hotel rooms feel damp and I'm not sure why that is the case since the air conditioner was running at 74 degrees and the outside temp was 100; it should have been nice and dry in the room. The breakfast was typical for being free (eggs, sausage, donuts, oatmeal, cereal, waffles, bananas, yogurt, bagels , etc) The coffee was excellent!
