Great place to stay in Carmel. Walk to everything and enjoy the beautiful surroundings

The patio is a must to sightsee ocean from Carmel. The Jacuzzi tub which could fit two persons is great. The only thing i would mention is one side of the mattress was broken...I will need to sleep on sofa :(

We spent a weekend in Carmel at the Tally Ho Inn for our 30th anniversary and had a wonderful time. First off, the location was perfect for us: Walking distance to the coast to enjoy the natural beauty of the area and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and art galleries to enjoy the quaint downtown. The service was wonderful from check-in to check-out. They had drinks and a charcuterie board in the lobby during late afternoon/er evening, tea and coffee all day, plus a warm fireplace (Carmel gets chilly). Rachel even brought us a chilled bottle of champagne when I told her it was our anniversary. Our room had classic decor and was so spacious with a seating area complete with a sofa, coffee and end tables, swivel chairs, a fireplace and a small table with 2 chairs. The king sized bed was comfortable and inviting, and the bathroom had a separate shower and soaking tub. We also had our own balcony with an ocean view. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our first stay at this hotel. Everything from booking until the check out was a joyful experience. Hotel’s management made sure that we were taking care. Very great full for this! We will be sure to come back and enjoy the property again soon.

Absolutely stunning view of the ocean. The bedding was extremely comfortable was able to open up the bay doors and the ocean breeze in. Well worth it. Will repeat
