We booked this hotel mainly because of the pool. On Booking.com it clearly stated that the pool was open Even on the hotel’s own website it says that the pool is open year-round, and there is absolutely no information saying that it is closed or out of service. After we arrived, I asked a female receptionist about the pool and she told us it was closed. There was no apology at all. Her attitude was very rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I requested a full refund because the pool was the main reason we booked this hotel. After that, I contacted Booking.com and they told me the issue was on the hotel’s side and they should give us full refund (they never did) Booking.com also said the hotel refused to answer their calls and even hung up on them. Overall, this level of customer service was unacceptable. Someone with this attitude should not be working in customer service. Extremely disappointing experience and I would not recommend this hotel.

Was given a room upstairs and we had two trips from the car to carry our suitcases and luggage. The room smelt badly as there was no fresh air coming in, no window could be opened.

It eas clean. Cheap. And the location was great

Staff were super rude and had a preconcieved mentality that every guests are of low standard and it doesnt matter how you behave. This is a service industry. Front staff are supposed to have a bit of people skills. I cant really complain cus the price was cheap, but the breakfast was supposed to be complimentary and till 9 am. At 845, all food was gone and only coffee and plain sliced bread remained. I was shocked.
