The location and amenities.

Beach restoration work stopped is using the beach but that was not the hotels fault at all.

The resort had everything we needed for a few days away. A couple of pools with plenty of lounges, both in the sun and shade. Lovely restaurants and the most helpful and attentive staff. Even though there are works happening on the beach in front of the resort it did not make any difference to our stay and would definitely stay again

Also das Personal war wirklich extrem nett, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wirklich perfekt. Die Massage und die Räumlichkeiten dafür, sehr gut. Auch das Frühstück und das Buffet waren sehr gut.

Die Baustelle am Strand. Da kann das Hotel zwar nichts dafür, aber es beeinträchtigt das Gesamtergebnis doch ein wenig. Wenn man nur zum Ausspannen, Tauchen, Yoga kommt, super. Sobald man aber etwas unternehmen will, was außerhalb liegt, also z.b. Ubud oder Denpasar, ist man jedesmal 4h mit dem Auto unterwegs. Dessen muß man sich bewusst sein.

I stayed for one night in an Ocean Suite with a jacuzzi. The room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable, which made for a relaxing stay. The staff were helpful and attentive throughout my visit. Dinner was just average—I tried the Rawon, but it lacked flavor and the broth wasn’t as rich and thick as expected. However, breakfast was much better, with a wide variety of options. One of the older waitresses stood out in particular—she was very cheerful and kindly offered bananas as a dessert, which was a lovely touch. At the moment, the beach is not accessible due to ongoing renovation of the retaining wall along the shoreline. There was also some noise in the morning during breakfast because of this. That said, it seems like the improvements will provide better beach access in the future. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service, and I look forward to seeing the beach area once the renovations are complete.

Excellent service, ocean view bungalow with private terras. Very good dinner at the restaurant. Friendly people, always helpfull. Very good divingcentre in the resort. Beach only with low tide and government is working on it right now. But the hotel has a shuttle service for a nearby beach.
