Très confortable, très grand lit. Des navettes gratuites pour se rendre en ville.

La plage était en travaux donc pas accessible. Mais en soit il y a plusieurs piscines dans l’hôtel donc on peut quand même faire trempette ;)

Pool villa was simply amazing. Loved the resort . Very friendly staff . Restaurant food was excellent . Room amenities were very good . The room was serviced twice a day . Our villa pool was cleaned everyday morning . Stayed for 5 nights , I didn’t have anything to complain . Very memorable place . Only issue was the work that was happening because of which there was no beach access , but the resort compensated it well .

The staff were so accommodating. We switched rooms the night before coming and they were brilliant. Beach from was gorgeous, the whole propert was. Everything was spotless and well maintained. Breackfast was great, heaps of variety.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking but everything else was perfect.

Fantastic. Wonderful staff, super clean and safe for all food and drinks. Impeccable looked after establishment.

Todo muy bonito en este hotel pero no tuvieron la honestidad en el momento de reservar de decirnos que la playa estaba en reformas enormes. Ha sido un poco complicado aprovechar completamente del hotel y es una pena.

Sehr schöne und saubere, top gepflegte Anlage. Die Tauchbasis in der Anlage ist außergewöhnlich gut. Sie wird sehr professionell. Von kompetenten und erfahrenen tauchen geführt. Die Mitarbeiter der Basis sind hilfsbereit und auch hier gilt, dass sie außergewöhnlich gut sind.

Ärgerlich war, dass der Strand vor dem Hotel nicht benutzbar wegen einer Baustelle, deren Ende noch nicht abzusehen ist. Die Lärmbelästigung durch bis zu vier Baggern direkt vor der Pool-landschaft war zum Teil unerträglich. Ein entgegenkommen bezüglich des reisepreises durch das Management gibt es eigentlich nicht. Man kam uns damit entgegen, dass wir auf Speisen und Getränke im Hotel einen Nachlass vom 25 % erhielt, was bei uns ca. 12 € ausmachte. Empfehlung: vor Anreise informieren, wie es mit der Baustelle aussieht.

⚠️ Beware – material misrepresentation. Booked for August 2026 with direct beach access, ocean view and tranquility, but after payment was told there will be active construction works on the beach/coast, no direct beach access, and views affected. Hotel offered a shuttle to another beach instead and refused a refund — unfair treatment for a premium booking. Verify carefully before booking.

Beautiful resort. The view is stunning and staff amazing. Food was lovely

The noise from the construction on the beach. Not the resorts fault but they need to finish work earlier so we could enjoy dinner and the dance without Jack hammers.

The staff are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to ensure you have a fantastic holiday at the resort. However, there is extensive construction work taking place along the coastline, which unfortunately causes significant disturbance.
