Hotel idéalement situé pour visiter le Nord et le centre de Bali.

Le bruit des travaux (4 tractopelles) sur la plage de 8h à 22h tout le long de l’hôtel, même si cela est indépendant de l’hôtel. Hygiène douteuse des lits d’une chambre à notre arrivée… tâches sur les draps, boutons sur le corps au réveil… après réclamation, nettoyage complet et changement de la literie, et problème résolu.

It was incredibly peaceful and beautiful. They even arranged complimentary trips for guests to nearby beaches to make up for the lack of direct beach access.

We could not access the beach due to construction on the beach.

As a couple we ventured further than our usual location in Bali to celebrate a significant wedding anniversary. The package deal of five days at this excellent resort has left us relaxed, treated wonderfully by the friendly staff and impressed by some new experiences. The highlight has been the excellent personal cooking class where we prepared some unique Balinese dishes and were able to enjoy them alone on the hotel rooftop. A romantic setting with superb views of the coastline. A truly memorable experience.

Het strand is helaas niet toegankelijk omdat het helemaal wordt aangepast ivm erosie. Inde buurt waren wel wat restaurantjes, maar verder niet.

This hotel is playing a very deceiving game at the moment. We booked it ages ago and got a message in February saying " theres an oficial government project taking place, its only temporary, work happening during designated hours, the services will be adiusted, we will monitor it closy and update you". Arrived at the hotel yesterday, the beach is fully closed, work and noise happening throughout all day from 7 am till 8pm. No one informed us about it. Everything outside is dirty from dust. No one is cleaning it. We spoke to other quests and they also were never informed about the beach being completely closed. Lack of respect, completely ruined our holidays, they play a game and still want guests to come here without being informed about the current situation in details. Absolutely deceiving, not fair and just horrendous attitude from the management. We should have been informed about it and given a chance to cancel. They gave us a voucher for 1 dinner for 2. Voucher menu is very cheap. Completely different than menu for guests.... Dont recommend and will never come back

Not the hotel's fault but the Government is doing a coastal conservation project which means the beach was closed and there was beach side construction going on. The hotel put on a free shuttle bus to Virgin Beach which is about 30 minutes away and a lovely beach.

Staff and food were very good. Room spacious and comfortable. In general a very nice hotel. Once the reconstruction work is finished, I will consider revisiting, but definitely not before then.

There is long-term reconstruction of the beach area ongoing, causing significant noise disturbance throughout the entire day. The beach is unavailable, and the alternative is a basic beach a 30-minute drive away. If you book a 'beachfront' apartment, you will be situated right next to the construction equipment. The hotel only informs you of this via a Booking.com message after you have committed to a non-refundable deal, and they failed to reply to my subsequent requests for information.

Me and my three children loved the property. It is such a lovely place. Absolutely pampered and taken care of. Excellent service for everything. Very attentive and accommodating staff. We stayed at the resort during the period when the government was undertaking restoration of beach in front of the resort. Hence, there was no access to the beach at all. And there he works entailed a lot of noise from the heavy machinery working long hours during the days and also into the evenings. The tide determined the working hours. However, although this was a project completely out of the resort’s control, the resort and staff did everything to compensate for the nuisance. Since we had booked two weeks at the resort, they were kind enough to upgrade us to a separate villa further away from the noise and works. With that kind gesture our stay was just amazing. Loved the resort itself, the staff, the yoga sessions, the services they offered in terms of shuttle buses to town and accessible beach.
