Les chambres de luxe n ont pas de vue sur l extérieur. Un «  faux balcon fermé « . On nous a proposé une autre chambre mais sans fenêtre sur l extérieur , un mur fermé. Dommage

Location, lovely staff, great breakfast. Also loved the adults only pool which had a non smoking area.

Bed was harder than we like

We picked the best rooms available on the website believing we had picked the best, but from past experiences we should have known agencies like booking.com and the others are there to get rid of the rooms nobody wants. We were given a room on the 5th floor when we got in the lift it only went to 4th floor so we had to climb the stairs to our room, so from what l can see is the 5th floor ( only 4 rooms ) appears to be an extension from converted staff rooms, well appointed and modern but no windows with an aircon running 24/7 l prefere fresh air and a view, we sarcastically called it the penthouse. We love the hotel but will be dealing with them directly from here on so we get what we want, no surprises.

Amazing location. Very friendly staff. The security guard helped us a lot when I lost my phone. Went to the beach a lot and felt really safe

The breakfast was good, the location was great, the staff were very polite and accommodating.

There was a few cats on the roof that whinged most of the night and early morning, sometimes waking us up. The staff did try to catch them a few times however never came and checked it out when the cats actually came out. The staff usually showed up after the fact.
