The pools

The staff member that I was dealing with at the front desk after three nights of complaining about air-conditioning not working, he decided to give us a different room

Location perfect, grounds awesome

The noise

Legian beach hotel was fabulous very close to Melasti Street which had great markets and eateries and the staff at the hotel were fabulous (especially Pelang), they could not do enough to accommodate our stay. The restaurant onsite is a bit higher in price but in saying this, it was worth it as the food was magic, even the many fireworks was great! Having the two pools was perfect, one being an adults only pool with swim up pool bar. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing I would say is that the beds were a little hard (we stayed in the garden cottages with your own balcony) Thank you for a great experience

The property was quiet and secluded. A spacious room

Expensive, outdated applicants, many things broken such as taps, switches and furniture. Soured the experience as a lot of money was spent

Room needed a full length mirror

A good location with good facilities and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast

Bungalow next to wall on street was noisy at night. I asked reception if we could change and they were obliging and moved us to quiet bungalow

The gardens

The proximity to the main roads with constant party buses and drag racing from 1am till 5am
