Breakfast was fantastic, much choice. We had two dinners onsite which were fine. We had our own pool which was amazing, the staff were excellent in the whole resort. There is an adults only pool I noticed. Location excellent.

The two dining times we had at the restaurant, the food was Ok. The food that is offered (via buffet service) during the included happy hour, sits in the sun and once I knew/saw that, I wouldn't eat it.

Staff and breaky great. Great beachside location and close to so many shops and restaurants. Rooms were lovely and cleaned promptly each day. Lovely gardens.

Nothing we would complain about as it is a wonderful resort. We probably prefer a small resort/ hotel by personal preference. This resort feels huge and less personal than others we have stayed at in Bali. Because it is a busy place there is often a challenge to get a chair by the pool. There are two lovely pools but maybe for the number of guests it would benefit from a third pool?
