"Good price for a quick trip."

Breakfast was a plus, well stocked and perfect. The gal who worked the front desk also made sure the breakfast area was clean and full of food. Although she was working many jobs, she could not have been more pleasant.

Not walkable to Lake Geneva downtown area. Sidewalk did not go all the way to the lake.

The facility did not live up to the reputation reflected online. The window was cracked, the toilet seat was loose and the sink was partially blocked.

The snack shop and the staff were incredibly friendly

It isn't really pet friendly. You get there and they make you sign a contract saying your pet cannot be left in the room alone at any point. I am a single Mom who took her kids on a weekend vacation. We had to cancel several of our plans because the dog couldnt come with and couldnt be left at the hotel. Other than that, the carpets were sticky and left our socks very dirty. The shower floor was level with the bathroom floor so water flowed everywhere and we had to mop it up. The tub was out in the open living space, which hey, I understand people like that, but that wasnt real great for me and my kids. Lastly, Im pretty sure the coffee was just warm water with food coloring. I didnt have crazy expectations from a comfort suite, but that stay was so disappointing
