"Won’t be staying there again."

It’s close proximity to the Cleveland Clinic. Nothing more.

Very outdated. No restaurant or bar. No food of any sort available for purchase.

"Choose another hotel until renovations done"

Had to explain 3 times the need for a room Close to elevator for spouse medical condition! Undergoing renovation. No lights by couch. Smelly heat. Unsafe bathroom lacking grab bars, very low toilet. Poor lightning and no fan.

"Would stay again"

When we arrived the hotel's "system was down". They could not provide keys and had to take copies of our ID and credit card to be able to do so. Someone had to take us to our room to let us in. The wifi was down for at least 24 hours, if not longer. The entire staff was kind, polite and very attentive. It was not their fault that the system was down, and they dealt with it as best they could.

The system was down at check-in. We couldn't get room keys. There's no phone/internet service. We were only here for 1 night. It's now almost time to check-out and the system is still down/we have yet to receive keys. While we understand that things happen, we were made to think this was a temporary issue.
