New renovations

Went to take a shower and there was no hot water, called down to reception desk and was initially told there was nothing that could be done because maintenance wasnt on duty. After stressing the urgency of a shower we were told we could shower in another room. Hotel held deposit did not know how much room was and also had our check out days for two days after we had left property

I go twice a year to Weston and i stay here, i never have a problem but this time de matress on the sofa bed wasn't very clean, it had stain, After Covid they dont have someone to help you make the sofa bed or help with any air conditionar anymore because they have only one staff memeber at night that is in the reception area. You need to have and emergency staff to help you with these or any problems.

Stay was great. Front desk are very pleasant. Breakfast is a nice touch. Spacious room. Very close to Cleveland Clinic.
