Las camas de la habitación estaban duras, el clima hacía mucho ruido cabe mencionar que es viejo, el WiFi lo reportamos los 3 días que estuvimos hospedados y jamás nos pudimos conectar

No cuenta con el personal suficiente solicité una plancha y tardaron más de una hora en traerla el menú del restaurante con costos elevados no tienen teléfono en las habitaciones y el WhatsApp nunca lo responden, camas poco cómodas

"Nice place"

The hotel is beautiful. Service was excellent. Items that need attention, the room TV was never fixed, and the exercise equipment was actually unsafe to ride due to mechanical issues. Outside of that, it was great.
