En general las instalaciones están bien, pero tiene ciertos detalles, como el elevador, que ya se ve muy viejo y no sirve el botón para llamarlo al sótano donde se encuentra el estacionamiento

No cumplen lo que ofrecen, no resuelven la problemática de el hecho que se quedaron sin estacionamiento por obras del municipio al estar errglando la banqueta y se lavan las manos dejando que el huésped resuelva el dónde estacionarse

muy decepcionante cancele enseguida que vi la habitación tenían que hacerme el rembolso y después de una semana me dijeron que no se podía este. Las camas muy duras el baño olía mucho a drenaje la verdad no se los recomiendo y expedía no me apoyo para mi rembolso por algo que no ocupe pésimo servicio.

No la recomiendo, hice reservación por la agencia Expedia y resulta que ellos no dan factura, Entonces por que el hotel tiene convenios con este tipo de agencias, A parte la habitación que reservé decía que había secadora para cabello,
