Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Plymouth Meeting - East

Unfortunately neither me nor my adult son liked anything during our stay.

The night we had to spend there was very much one of worst price/service ratios I have ever experienced in my life time while staying in a hotel and being charged 250 USD for the night!!!! Even my son, who played college baseball, said he has never slept in a worse place when travelling with his team. After one night we checked out as an additional night was out of question.

Over booked and almost did not get a room.

Breakfast was lacking.

Nothing

The room that l was put in was not cleaned. The room was full of trash in the trash bin and over flow. The room was so smelly. They aren’t clean at all. Hygiene is terrible. Receptionist was very unprofessional, no eye contact, body attitude and the face was like she didn’t want to be there. I complained of the situation to her and she asked me to stay in the uncleaned, smelly room that is full with trash. “We don’t have any cleaner available at this moment and we have no room available right now “. No apologies or anything. Very rude. She eventually gave me a new room, l thought the nonsense was over. The second room TV remote wasn’t working. So l went to bed just like that. Again, I woke up in the morning trying to get off the bed into the bathroom, l felt a wet floor when l stepped on the wooden floor and my legs wet as well l almost slipped. There was alots of water on the floor like someone internationally poured water on the floor. I almost slipped. The water has gone all the way under my bed through to my daughter’s side of the floor. I requested for the manager. The manager said they didn’t have any maintenance personnel for the AC to be checked on. I ended up being moved AGAIN to another room. It was so uncomfortable the wall way was smelly like someone was smoking week ago the wall way. You would smell it in the room. Omg!! It was a mess and a horrific experience. I couldn’t wait to get the hell out of that hotel. The manager intend to take care of the first night and percent for the first room. Please booking.com make sure the l get my refund.
