The location and the front desk was kind

The property was not satisfying at all. It was dirty and dusty throughout the room. The bathroom vanity area was covered in dust and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The shower, including the surrounding bathtub/shower area, was also dirty. The computer desk in the room was filthy with dust, grease, and dirt buildup. The brown accessible windows did not have screens installed, which creates a safety concern and should be addressed immediately to help prevent any possible accidents. The bedside tables were extremely dusty, and the bed linens appeared crooked and unclean. Although the kitchen area was not very large, the side of the refrigerator was covered in grease and looked like it had not been wiped down in quite some time. Overall, the condition and cleanliness of the property did not meet expectations and was very disappointing.

I liked that they had a room available at such short notice.

Really dirty; sticky floors, bathroom smelled like cigs, everything was dirty the walls, doors, windows. The cookies were expired lol.

The front desk staff were attentive and helpful. My room was clean and smelled amazing.

The carpet in the hotel lobby needed to be replaced and smells like an old bar.

I am happy that I stopped here this is my new home. Kim is amazing and very helpful. Andrew and his infectious smile is a pleasant view when coming to get coffee

I’ve stayed here several times. The rooms are always quiet and clean. The bed is comfortable. It’s very convenient for me to visit my friend from this hotel.

The outside of the hotel is very dirty. There’s garbage everywhere the hallways are often littered with pieces of trash.

The staff is very friendly and respectful my stay so far has been a great experience.

Everyone is nice and polite the room is comfy and clean. I am staying long term and can actually say I have a home.

Robert was really sweet and tried his best but it was awful

Everything. It was gross, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom counter was cracked, toilet didn’t flush, shower was gross, stains everywhere.
