"Great place to stop for Ruby Falls."

The location was great. We stopped here on a trip to see Ruby Falls/Lookout Mountain. The man working the desk was very friendly.

There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed in the room. The woman working the desk was not very welcoming - felt like I was annoying her or disrupting her night when we checked in. The man working the desk, when we checked out, made up for her.

"Good trip"

Location, indoor pool, breakfast

HVAC unit was very noisy, interrupting sleep Strainer was missing from bathroom faucet, causing extreme splashing. I reported both to the front desk and they said that they will correct the issues.

It was clean and quiet breakfast was appreciated the only complaint is the bed was too hard for my liking but thats ok we felt safe and had a amazing stay

The hotel was good

Didn't like getting an email from Booking.com to finish my booking and then getting double booking. There was no way to cancel the second room. Will not be using your service again. Will not recommend it to anyone either.
