Americas Best Value Inn Marshall

This hotel was rather run down, but was well priced and fit my budget and where I wanted to be for the night. For those on a tight budget this is a good place. The rooms are large.

Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and a all around pleasant person.

I tried to ignore the reviews as much as possible and give it a chance but the whole week i was there the hallways were filthy and never cleaned. The pictures will lie to u. The place is run down

Roach motel for short stays, lots of oilfield workers. Had no real issues, no super loud people, but roaches and not very clean.

Very dirty and not well kept. Stairways and halls filty!!

Affordable, Rooms were not dirty. Staff was not available when I arrived after reservation I had to sit in my car for an hour and the lobby was locked with no one at the desk. Ice machine did not work.

This was one of the dirtiest places I have ever been to. I payed for 2 nights non-refundable and only stayed 1 night.

This hotel was roach infested. Halls were filthy. The housekeepers were very friendly and tried to meet our needs as much as possible.

The roaches there are TERRIBLE! Flies are so bad in the hallways they start to make way in your room! I evacuated from Louisiana because of hurricane Ida and whenever it was time for me to pay for a couple more nights the prices would always be different going up higher and higher! The back parking lot is filled with trash all over the place! I honestly do not recommend this place at all

Had a roach problem in suite. Changed to another regular room found one baby roach in bathroom. No internet and the room phone did not work, but what you would expect for 60 a night. I stayed but my ex girlfriend drove another two hrs to another hotel. Her standards were a bit higher than mine. The concierge did their best to accommodate me at a time when all hotels are full and people trying to evacuate from southern louisiana due to the hurricane.
